I don't see a color that seems to suit me. Will you be coming out with more foundation colors soon?

Yes and no. Yes, we may likely develop more colors for those that fall in the Olive/Yellow range since this line was specifically created for those skintones. No, if you have a cooler/pinker tone. However, we never say never, and if this line continues to grow, it is always possible. Just not in the near future.

How long is your current TAT? (Turn around time)

Orders are currently being processed within 24-48 hours and then shipped out. However, any orders placed late Friday will not be processed until Sunday evening at the earliest.

For U.S. orders, depending on where you live, may get your order within 5-8 days of placing your order. International orders can take between 10 days to eight weeks from the time it is shipped out; please wait at least 6-8 weeks before emailing us regarding possible lost packages.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards & PayPal for all orders. If you are International, just make sure you are using an International credit card or it will not accept your payment.  For international orders, including Canada, please note that we are not equipped to take wire transfers, money orders, and personal checks. We will, however, accept a personal check or money order for US orders only but PLEASE NOTE that we cannot send your order until the transaction clears which can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date you mailed off your payment. This is true as well for e-checks sent via Pay Pal.

In addition, if you are mailing a check or money order please email us at adorned_with_grace@yahoo.com to let us know what day you mail your payment out since we only go to our P.O. Box when we know we are expecting something.

How much is your Shipping to International countries?

We are currently shipping FREE to Canada! However, we do politely request your order be $2.00 or more because Shipping/Handling/PayPal fees are at least $1.80 so we are basically "giving away" products when you order less than $2.00. This is not a requirement, but a request for courtesy.

To other International countries, the shipping costs are as follows for orders that are:
    $20 or less: $2.00 USD
    $20.01-$50.00: $3.00 USD
    $50.01-$100.00: $4.00 USD
    $100.00 or more: $5.00 USD

It will be your responsibility to choose the correct shipping amount at checkout. If you choose the incorrect shipping charge, we will refund your order and email you to inform you of the error and have you reorder using the correct shipping charge. We cannot just "add" the extra $2-3 since we are charged (by PayPal) thirty cents for each credit card/PayPal transaction.

For International Orders, does the price include Customs Fees and/or Duties?

No, the buyer is responsible for these fees. We also cannot falsify our Customs Forms (marking "Gift" or decreasing the value of your order on the form) to help you pay less money in fees. You can make two separate orders decreasing the value of each envelope  but you will have to pay more in shipping. Please do the math first to make sure you are still saving money though!

    Will my package have tracking?

For U.S. orders ONLY: Sample baggie orders $4.99 or less, there will be no tracking as we usually send that in a notecard/envelope. But for all other U.S. orders, you should get a tracking number from PayPal as your shipping label is generated. If you don't get one, email us at adorned_with_grace@yahoo.com and we'll resend it to you.
For Canadian & International orders: Because our shipping system only adds tracking with Global Express and that is $23-25 at least! We ship all International orders via USPS First Class and, unfortunately, no tracking is available for that. But that is what allows us to charge the minimal shipping that we offer. You are welcome to pay the extra difference if you want to add the tracking but unless your order is over $75, it may not be worth it for you.

    What is your Return Policy?

Please see the Shipping/Returns page for more info.

Are your swatch photographs pretty accurate?

The colors were adjusted to best match what you would see in person. However, due to the variances in computer monitors, what you see may not be completely accurate. If you are unsure about a color, feel free to email us at adorned_with_grace@yahoo.com or try an inexpensive $1 (this includes your shipping!) to make sure.

There are two "halves" on the close-up swatch photos? Can you explain this?

The closeup swatches show the minerals as they look in the jar (left side) and how they look swatched onto a white sheet of paper (right side). This is done for the benefit that some minerals look completely different when blended and applied. The side that was swatched on a white sheet of paper can show you how sheer or pigmented the color is once blended. For example, Trustworthy eyecolor seems to lighten by a few shades while Tenacious eyecolor stays pretty close to what it looks like in the jar!

What is the difference between your regular Eyecolors and your Premium Colors?

The main difference is the type of ingredients (and the actual formula we use) which is why the Premium colors are about fifty cents more expensive. They are like the "gourmet" version of mineral pigments! You'll also find that they will usually have much less shimmer and come in neutral, office-friendly colors--unless they are from a Limited Edition line where we go a little bolder with our colors.

What is the difference between your regular Blushes and Shimmer Blushes?

Our regular Blushes are highly pigmented and, with an exception of a few colors like Breathtaking & Illuminated, tend to have more of a Satin or Semi-Matte finish and used simply to add rosy color to your cheeks. Our Shimmer Blushes are less pigmented (with an exception of Sensational, Ardent & Lovely) and almost translucent are are meant to be worn more as a "glow" for just a touch of youthful sheen and a complexion enhancer.

I bought something from your T123 store (Testing123)/got a sample from a friend, but I don't see it listed?

You may need to go to our blog and check out the posts for August 2008 and see where we changed the names. There is an explanation there you can read on the reason why we did that.
Also, some colors may have been tester products that did not pass our Consumer Panel voting as we only like to release popular colors. But do let us know if there is one particular color that you happened to like and we can help you find one that may be similar!

Will you start carrying the samples in jars? Baggies are such a pain!!!

At this time, we cannot carry our samples in jars because they:
    1) Take longer to fill and we have very limited staff on hand.
    2) Cost more--try 10-20x more expensive!-- to buy and being a small company, we are still watching our budget.
    3) Are much bulkier and we have very limited space in our storage area.
We provide the samples mainly so you can see the color in person without having to commit to a full size since we do not allow returns on our products.

What is the shelf life of your minerals?

The shelf life of our minerals are indefinite. The biggest problem in keeping them from expiring is whether or not they come into contact with liquids/moisture which can encourage bacterial growth. Make sure to keep them in a moisture-free area and if any kind of liquid does come in contact with them, to be aware that the shelf-life may have been compromised. Make sure when you are foiling your pigments or using the wet, flocked sponge method of applying your foundation, that your dampened applicator does not come in contact with the jar or minerals but that you have a separate mixing palette or bowl.

We personally recommend not keeping a product more than two years if you are uneasy about the shelf life. It is part of the reason we keep the jars in the smaller sizes, esp. blushes and eyeshadows because a little goes a long way and it is more fun to experiment with lots of colors!

    Are your brushes "Cruelty-Free?"

Yes, they are! We have confirmed with our brush suppliers that they are cruelty-free. In fact, our Premium Line of brushes are 100% vegan and assembled here in the USA! (Except the Premium Kabuki and Mini Dual Ended Eyeshadow brush which are made in China).

What ingredients do you use in your products?

The ingredients are listed when you click on each item's description, just read on down. They are very specific to each product since many of the eyeshadows and blushes vary in ingredients. This is done for your convenience so you know exactly what you are getting with each and every product!!!

Please also note that we DO NOT USE the following items: Bismuth oxychloride, talc, dyes, ferric ferrocyanide, cornstarch, or any micronized ingredients.
All the makeup products are made with VEGAN ingredients!

Can I get some free samples to do a review or a giveaway on my Blog/YouTube Channel?

Because we have been getting many requests since the time of this writing (we get SO many we cannot respond to every email we get!), we are no longer giving away freebie samples randomly. First of all, it does not seem fair to give away freebies, even for "free product promotion" when we have other customers (and even good friends of ours that are Top Bloggers) that actually pay for their samples. In fact, many of the bloggers you may have seen, are customers who have indeed paid for their samples/products, FYI.

Also, we prefer to give away free samples to those customers that have bought from our store before who we know for sure have tried our products and have a sincere rave about them. We do not ever want to be accused of "buying" our fan base as we know savvy customers can see right through a sales gimmick. We will from time to time, go to some of these bloggers ourselves and ask them to test a product and to review honestly, good or bad, but that is usually at our discretion.

***ATTENTION: For orders placed between November 20-November 30, please note that your order will likely NOT BE SHIPPED until Dec 2 at the earliest! Our staff will be out of town and unable to take care of orders during then.

    Thank you for understanding.
